I have a new (to me) washing machine and DRYER!  Whoot!  Our washing machine was not a hunk of crap, but who would want to turn down a frontload washing machine (besides the girl that works with me that after I told her I was getting it proceeded to tell me how everyone that she knows that has one doesn't like it.).  The DRYER though.  Oh the DRYER!  It is like the best thing on Earth right now!  The dryer that we used to use was OLD, and I do mean OLD!  I mean, guys, my granny used it.  That woman died about 12 years ago.  She was not in good health when she passed, so she probably hadn't used it herself in a couple of years before that.  I should totally look at the date.  Anyway,  it took 3 hours to dry a load of clothes.  Can ya'll now imagine the stacks of clothes in my house.  Yes, I mean it...stacks....gross right?  Yeah, well not anymore!  This dryer dries FAST!  Whoot!  We did two loads of laundry before we went to bed last night!  YAY!

It was a pain in the ass getting it here though.  After I got off of work, we drove to Smyrna to borrow my dad's truck.  Then we had to drive to Jack's mom's house over an hour away to pick them up.  While we were there I got to hear more of the family gossip.  I just can't get over how someone is more concerned about what is going to happen to them versus the fact that her mama is in the hospital.  She appears to have dementia.  She has lost a crazy amount of weight too.  Mo says that every now and then she gets to see a glimpse of the person she knows, but then she goes back to talking crazy (for lack of a better word).  Anyway after I got to hear some of the family craziness while Jack, his stepdad, and his brother loaded the washer and dryer, we drove back to our house to take a picture of the dryer plug outlet.  We headed to Home Depot.  That was supposed to be a quick trip....Jack ran into a very pregnant former school friend, Julie, (Misty, she says HI by the way.  ::Champion Grubbs::)  We talked to them forever.  So much for getting my parents' truck back by a decent time.  After we finish there, we have to go home and unload the stupid things!  The dryer weighs nothing, but the washing machine weighs a ton!  I leave after that to take the truck back.  Jack calls me, "I broke the door and the frame."  Luckily it was not the outside door.  I do not know how the other washer and dryer got in there. The doors are tiny.  Anyway to make a long, boring story longer, it took like 5 hours to take care of this.  C-ra-zy

I wanted to smack the hell out of a woman earlier.  I really have no patience whatsoever recently.  This lady comes up to me and asks if we have anymore wipes that we carry in our dollar aisle.  I tell her probably not, but we did just get a truck in and they might be on a pallet.  BUT it could take a day or two to get that far.  She says, "Well is there someone back there that can check?"  I should add that I don't have a cashier at this time, and I am the only person on the front end even in the store.  I say, "No there isn't, but like I said it might be out tomorrow if by chance we did get."  She says, "Are you sure there is no one back there?"  very condescending.  I said, "Well considering I am the only person here, no there is not anyone back there." with attitude.  Are you fucking kidding me?  Why would I lie about there not being anyone in my stockroom?  Then she said, "Really?!"  I said, "Yes, really."  Ya'll our freakin' warehouse is in Tuscaloosa.  We are just glad that we got a shipment.  Those poor people who live there probably don't even have houses, and she is upset that we are out of 1.00 wipes.  Really!?

The funny of the day....I was stocking from the truck today and overheard a guy talking to the pharmacist...he asked..I am not kidding ya'll..."Have you ever taken a whole box of dramamine before?  One of my friends told me about it."  The tech answers, "Are you sure it wasn't Dimetapp? I've heard that kids try to drink a whole bottle and then try to fight the urge to sleep.  Then it makes them kind of high feeling."  Guy, "No, no it was definitely Dramamine.  It makes you hallucinate real bad.  I tried it."  Why the hell would you ask/tell a pharmacist that?!  This guy is of course picking up some kind of "good" drug I imagine because he was asking how it would make him feel.  People are so dumb!

I went to Sonic, asked for a peanut butter, fudge shake.  What did I get?  A banana, fudge shake?!  What the hell?  G-ross!

I am currently stuck in my office at work for a VERY long time.  Luckily, I brought my handy dandy laptop with me!  I almost purchased a Nook color to bring with me today instead, but I am still holding out for an Ipad.

My husband's aunt is in the hospital (mom's sister).  She has been slowly deteriorating for months, but she hasn't had any insurance or money to go to a doctor.  Her kids hadn't even checked on her to know that she was that bad off.  She went into the hospital about a week and a half ago.  Mo tells me that she had several bad falls.  She wasn't even able to walk anymore.  When her kids got to the hospital, they blamed Mo for not calling and telling them that their mother was that bad!   What the hell?  That is their mama!  Why have they not gone over to see her in that long!?  Asking Mo "Why didn't you call me?"  They should be ashamed of themselves....oh but it gets worse.  The doctors have basically said that she isn't going to get much better and that she is going to need round the clock care.  They are going to have to do something similar as to what Jack and I are doing with my grandfather's house.  Luckily Mo is the power of attorney.  She has made the decision to sign the house over to the state, so that C will have someone who can take care of her.  Well......this is the "it gets worse" part....C's daughter got upset because of Mo making that decision.  She said, "But my mom told me I could live in that house for the rest of my life as long as I pay rent to D (her brother) that's not fair!"  Are you fucking kidding me?  Your mom is dying and all you care about is a fucking house?!  I feel bad for my mother in law having to put up with this bullcrap.  It is just not right!  She does everything for everybody!  Oh and then Mo was supposed to go see her mom in New York before all of this happened, but she cancelled her trip so that she could be with her sister.  Now her mom has laid a guilt trip on her too!  C-RAZY!

I DVRed the Royal Wedding.  It was definitely the best plan.  I fast-forwarded through all of the parts that I didn't care to watch!  Prince William is so ugly.  Kate Middleton totally could have done better looks wise.  I mean the whole "I'm a princess and dutchess" thing was probably worth it.

I FINALLY got my tooth fixed!  YAY!  I am so excited!  This stupid tooth has been broken for the past 3 years!  I went yesterday for them to fill it in!  Whoot!  No more picking food out of that tooth!  I am just having to train myself to eat on that side again.

I have been working my ass off this week!  I have a shift supervisor on vacation this week, and I have worked every day this week.  Exhausted.  One more week until my vacation!

I got harrassed by the coupon nazi yesterday at Harris Teeter.  She inspected every single one of my coupons.  Ridiculous.  I was so angry by the time I left there.

Yep another short, random fact post.

I did absolutely freakin' nothing until my husband got home from work today!  It was wonderful!  I had to enjoy it considering I have no idea when my next day off will be.

We went to see Water for Elephants tonight.  It was a beautiful.  I will definitely purchase that movie, and it will probably be one of those "It is on TV.  I have to watch it" movies.

Just a few more days until the royal wedding.....why am I getting so excited about this?

My husband got a subpeona yesterday.  Apparently, he owes from a doctor bill in 2003.  When he called to tell me how much it was to just settle, I immediately went into shock.  How are we going to find the money to pay the 600 dollar doctor bill by next Thursday?  Holy crap.  Then he says, "We will just take money from my next two paychecks and pay it."  Relief!  My brain still thinks my husband doesn't have a job.  Thankfully he does and he gets paid weekly.

God I love the internet.  I wish I had my entire diary from when I was younger online.  I love going to a website and reading about something that happened a few years ago.  Seriously, it is so tempting to break out my middle school diary and start typing.  I am terrified that something is going to happen to it!

Today I looked back to see when my husband and I went on our first date.  I did this last year too. You would think by now that I would remember the date, but apparently it is not ever going to happen.  Thank you internet!

This time last year I was bitching about having to go be a shift supervisor for a month at the Bayside store.  WOW!  I cannot believe it has been a year!

The hubster went to the Preds game.  Can you say, "Home alone?"  Ahhhhh  I didn't have to go anywhere when I got home.

If anyone wants to buy me the Kate Middleton/Prince William wedding dolls, it would be much appreciated! I have the Princess Di/Prince Charles dolls!
