Day 9!

Already Day 9? It doesn't seem like it has been that long! I had a half way decent food day. My day did not start off as intended with breakfast. My day started off with a phone call asking me to come pick up my husband from work. He was having a bad day with his anxiety. Instead of grabbing breakfast and heading to work, I shot out the door to go get him. I didn't eat until after I was able to get him in to see a doctor. That was around 10:30, and even then I didn't eat until I got home. I will admit though, I stopped by Farmer John's and grabbed him a burger, and I took two bites out of it (One bite with a little bun, second without-I thought the second bite was better). I had never had one before, so I had to try it. They are pretty good. I actually had an AMAZING salad for lunch! WOW! I love this Salad 2000 place (I think that is the name of it). You can either choose a salad off of the wall or make your own.

I made peanut crusted chicken for dinner. I was trying to think of a good substitute for breaded chicken. It turned out pretty good. My husband really liked it. I think it was missing something, but I am still not quite sure what. I also thought the chicken breast were a bit large, and that was probably my real problem with it.

I can't wait to step on the scale in the morning to see if I have lost some more weight! I stepped on it tonight, and I am hoping that overnight I will lose some water weight and be down a couple more lbs! I will most definitely let you know!

I love fudgcicles! They are amazing and only 40 calories, so you can have 2!

My friend arrived in LA last night! I am so excited that I actually get to see someone from Tennessee this week! Ahh! If only it were a family member, that would make it even better!
