I had the best lunch at Boston Market today! 1/4 White Chicken, green beans, and mixed veggies minus the carrots. It was awesome! I ate really well today. I had a SBD drink packet for my second snack today. I had forgotten how good those are! I even remembered to make vegetable quiche cups today! I am planning on continuing this phase 1 for a couple more weeks. Which is why I am happy about the Vegetable quiche cups! I don't have to think about breakfast for the next few days! Ahhhhh! No "eat peanut butter and cheese and run" days!
