Yep that is right! I cheated. My husband wanted Mexican food. I was going to get fajitas, but I really don't like the fajitas from the restaurant we get our food from....soooooo...I got nachos instead (The only illegal thing was the chips). My thoughts are that if you are going to cheat you better make it worth it. To my surprise, I ate maybe half of my nachos. I just didn't want the rest. I was done. I have decided that the "I'm so stuffed" feeling is something that I just don't want to have. Ok ok I have one more indulgence to admit. I had a piece of baklava, but like I said, "If you are going to cheat you better make it worth it." Honestly I could have eaten SBD friendly today and been perfectly fine. I really didn't want the sweet stuff, and I was totally prepared to make dinner. I made the decision to cheat. I had control of it. The rest of my day was South Beach friendly as will my day be tomorrow. I would also like to add that I did walk today! :) I had to make up eating those chips and baklava a little bit. I really should have just gotten on the elliptical.
Oh have I mentioned that my husband is attempting stand up. He is hilarious, so why not?
