FINALLY

Finally a decision has been made, and I can stop stressing out!  We have officially decided to not buy this house.  We have decided that it just isn't worth the money to buy and try to fix up with no guaranteed return on our investment in the future.  Soooo now I am looking for a house in a similar price range to buy, and I think we have found one.  It is a townhouse, but it is only 64,900 and beautiful!  The person who owns it has been fixing it up, but they just want out now.  I guess they realize the property value is going down around the area, and they just want to get rid of it before they lose anymore money.  Me?  I just don't want to pay rent.  Our house payment will be 2-300 dollars less than a rent payment.  Yeah.  Anyways if you want to be nosey the MLS is 1385072.  The pictures do not do it justice.  The only thing that I didn't like about it was that it is a townhouse, but honestly in my wanna be freakishly cheap house range it is either a townhouse or a house that will not pass FHA inspection and the FHA inspection is a must because it is the easiest loan to get.  :)  But y'all seriously!  It is beautiful!  I couldn't believe it when I walked in, I couldn't believe it was the same house I walked into.  The outside isn't the most attractive.  I am hoping (this is if we choose to buy it) that the person who lives in the unit next door will decide to sell in a few years, and that we will be able to refinance and purchase the other half.  ;)

After working ALL DAY long by my freakin' self!  I am exhausted. 

We think we may have found a morgage company for our home loan, but there are still some issues that may or may not be able to be worked out.  We shall see.  They want to try an FHA loan, but unfortunately it isn't up to FHA standards.  Between that and the whole agreeing on a price issue.  Yeah.

Pretty sure I got a phone call earlier regarding the NY trip.  They want to leave Sunday instead of Monday.  My mother in law said that Jill wanted to go to NYC......This random last minute idea will add about 10 hours to the trip because if we go to NYC then my MIL also wants to go visit her friend in Dansville.....Let me break it down for you.

Chapmansboro to Old Forge= about 14 hours (that is how long it took last time)

NYC to Dansville is about 5 hours
Dansville to Old Forge is about 4 hours...
  Add to this a screaming almost 3 year old that wants out of his fucking carseat.  GET ME OUT NOW!  Yeah.....no.

 I think my husband convinced them otherwise.  He told them that I had to work all day Sunday and couldn't leave until Sunday night which would put us at about 7:30 just getting to my MIL's house.  We left at about 8 o clock last time and arrived in Old Forge at about 10 or 11 in the morning their time.  I just don't know what amount of time that they thought we would have in NYC.  If I go there, I want to spend several days to actually experience the city.  I don't want to just go there and have to turn around and go because we need to be at the next location.  That would suck.  It would be like going on a school trip to the mall for 25 minutes to eat after the educational part of the field trip.

1.  Work, work, work

2.  I am fucking nuts!  I am going to New York with my mother in law again except add sister in law and nephew with this.
    a.  I am going to have my own room.
         1.  Peace and quiet.  No nephew in my ear.
         2.  I won't have to share a bathroom! 
         3.  I have been getting up to pee 3 times a night.
    b.  I probably don't really have to see my MIL's family this time unless I absolutely want to!
    c.  There will be someone else to drive even if she does have road rage

3.  Attempting to buy this house again, and now I have a good credit score just not enough on my credit report!  Ugh!  I am terrified that we will have to move into an apartment.  We just keep on calling.  Surely someone will help us.  Hopefully our original place will finally give us a call back (we have been calling daily).

4.  My husband has not been released to work yet.  He started having really bad panic attacks.  He is driving my crazy being at home, but his psychiatrist says, "No."  He just isn't ready yet.  I am just ready to have a 2nd pay check.

5.  I am going to Florida in October!  YAY!  My parents got the condo that my whole family will be staying in.  Lord help me.

6.  I am only blogging because Misty's blog post about no one else blogging made me feel crummy. 

7.  I am working all day at the front of my store tomorrow by myself.  Yeah, you read that right.  I will be running the store and cashiering at the same time for 13 hours.  That is what happens when you have no cashier help for a couple of weeks.

8.  Ben and Jerry's Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream is amazing!

9.  I started watching Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys on Netflix because I actually know one of the people on Season 2, and it is HILARIOUS to watch him.

10.  It took everything I had to get to 10 damn it.  If you know of my other blog, you might wanna check it.

It is a sad sad day....I lost a follower!  :(

Ahhhh!  Forget that shit!  Misty totally got into the Radiology program!  Hell yeah!  It is an awesome day!

I totally worked 13 hours today.  I kicked ass putting the truck up.  YAY!  I am so tired of it taking several days to put up.  Let's face it!  I should probably just work open to close on Truck day, so that I know it will be almost put up by the time I leave.

Anyway I was talking to one of my shift supervisors about how I thought my LPM was being a complete ass to me, and I said that my other shift supervisor had said that she thought he was shady and didn't trust him THEN the shift supervisor told me that she didn't trust her, and that I shouldn't either.  She said that I should try to do as much by the book around her as I could because she was afraid that if I ever pissed her off that she would try to use something against me, and she didn't want that to happen to me.  Then told me that Joyce (my previous shift) had told her that this shift supervisor had stabbed her in the back at some point.  Of course, I ask how, and she didn't know because she didn't want to know more than that.  She tries really hard to stay out of that stuff.  Anyways she just wanted me to know.  In her words, "You really have some characters working for you."  Ain't that the damn truth!  My apologies for only pronouns.  If that makes no sense at all I will put some names in to make it make more sense.

Now it is time to watch some more Supernatural!  WHOOT WHOOT!

Work, work, work.  Stupid Loss Prevention Agent came in today.  Which in turns means the stupid LPM came in today too because I am having such a high theft issue in my store.  Which means I got to listen to what we should be doing.  Which makes me want to say, "If I could get 14 more hours, I would have someone just go over to the freakin' aisle and STAND THERE!  He is actually swapping my LPA with one from another store because he works more night time hours.  Just what I need.

Sooooooo if you don't remember, we are trying to buy this house (the one I currently reside in).  Everything has officially gone through probate court, and the house is now in my dad's name.  So now we need a morgage company to let us buy this house.  Jack called today.  The guy told him that he couldn't be on the loan, and that I didn't make enough?  I said, "Ummmm, how is that possible?  The last company said that if everything checked out I could get 150k by myself."  Apparently the morgage guy had my salary wrong, so that made everything a bit different when Jack gave him the correct number.  I still can't get the damn thing!  Why, you ask.  Because of 2 fucking months!  I apparently have a decent credit score now thanks to my handy dandy credit card, but I haven't had that credit card for 12 months yet!  WHAT THE FUCK?!  This is so irritating!  I am hoping that we can figure out what to do.  I am hoping that we will be able to wait the 2 months to buy the house, but my dad is concerned that it won't be enough time for him to take care of everything else after the purchase.  Hopefully this all works out because I really don't want to have to move into an apartment.  Ugh!  Just shoot me now!  It would be so much cheaper for us to just live here.  Someone find me a fucking home loan please and thank you!

Work, work, work...BORING!

I took Jack to Game Stop today because he wanted to try to go out.  We grabbed the game, and he immediately got nervous.  :(  We went straight home after that. 

I really need to go shopping for some khakis for work (stupid new uniform), but it is extremely difficult when my husband can't stay in a store for longer than a few minutes.  I would go by myself, but anytime I want to leave he wants to "try" to go out.  Sigh!  Hopefully this weekend.

Got a lot done at work today.  Yep....that was my entire day. 

Oh, I totally want to take some photos.  I am hoping that Kayla will be my guinea pig.  I am still trying to get used to my camera, and I need to practice, practice, practice!  :)  Oh and no, I do not plan to call myself a professional just because I have a nice camera.  I had to explain that to someone just yesterday.  It is just a hobby.  I could not imagine asking someone to pay for something that I couldn't guarantee was going to be perfect.  I will take 200 pictures, and I will delete all but 5 of them because the other 195 weren't perfect.  I don't want to be like my cousin that puts every freakin' picture she has ever taken of her kid on Facebook.  That drives me crazy!  If you look through my photos (aside from Christmas...I refused to go through all of those...oh and the graduation ones I took from yesterday...I told my mom I would post all of them.), you will notice that I don't post the 300 pictures that I actually took.  Ok I am finished boring you with me wanting to take pictures.
