I am sleepy *gasp*, so this will be quick!
We actually did something today that we haven't done yet! We went to Medieval Times! It was a blast! The food was ehhh, but the show was great! We got BOGO tickets, and then by some random chance my husband thought to buy a scratch off! He won 60 bucks! That totally paid for our show! YAY! We were seriously considering going to Disney today, but we were both afraid that he would have a panic attack in the park. I DO NOT want to experience that! I told him we could go to DisneyWorld sometime! Disney really is something that you have to do. It is just so damn expensive!
I picked up a ton of brochures today, so hopefully we will have the time and cashflow to do several more things!
In front of Medieval Times, what did my eyes behold?! A FUCKIN' PoFolks! That is right ladies and possible gentlemen, good ol' southern cookin'! I cannot wait to eat there! Ooooooo! Fried okra! Country fried steak! Yummmm! I told ya.... fat cow! No seriously, I think that I might have gained a lb, but it is totally my own fault for cheating a couple times this week! Honestly, I don't know because my scale can never decide what I actually weigh! I think that scale is going to scale hell before I leave California. Tomorrow I already have plans for bacon and eggs, so tomorrow should be a good day. I think part of my problem now is that I want to eat at the places that are here and not in TN. When I get to TN, I am going to want to eat at the places I haven't seen in a year. Ehh!
I got a call from the Nashville district office saying that they would definitely have a spot for me when I get there. Here is to hoping a manager quits or gets fired (for something that they shouldn't have been doing) right when I arrive in town! My sister in law also informed me that the dentist she works for will be looking for a PR/Marketing person here very soon. I thought he was looking for this before I left TN. Maybe he changed his mind and then again again. Anyway...4 day work week, free dental (my husband totally needs that), AND 3 paid vacations a year that are guaranteed to be at the same time as school closures! Dr. Chitwood is awesome! He closes his office for Spring Break, once for a vacation in summer, and a week near Christmas! That job sounds VERY tempting. Is it horrible that I immediately said, "I wonder if I could do that and work part time for RA." Why the hell would I want to do that?! What on earth am I thinking? RA better have a worthwhile position for me!
I know that really wasn't short.
