Ok, so I have totally given up on my diet until about the 3rd week in July. I am hoping everything will be back to normal then. I also hope that restarting officially (since this past time hasn't been a total hit, but definitely not horrible either..I have lost some weight) around the time that I first tried South Beach Diet will hopefully help me go full force into losing the next pounds towards my goal weight.
I found out today that they sent a mass e-mail about me leaving to at least all of my stores. I hate that! I wish I could have told my last couple of stores myself before they did that. I should have just gone ahead and told my managers. Oh well! Tomorrow I have to go to the store that I will get the most grief (all in fun of course). Tomorrow will also be a Coffee Bean day! I am totally going to miss that place! I love it! It is so much better than Starbucks. Oh! Anyone up for meeting at the Starbucks in Smyrna when I get back?! I drink the cold stuff, but meeting at a coffee shop is one of the things that I would like to continue once I get to Tennessee. I had no idea how much I would actually enjoy that when I got here although being close to a mall you can walk around is also nice. Oh Fashion Island! I never bought anything from any of the stores in you, but it was nice just to walk around and pretend that I could afford things (or hell wear things) in the Juicy Couture store. Honestly, I don't know why I even say that I HATE shopping for clothes. I have no fashion sense whatsoever! If I am wearing something cute, my husband picked it out for me. Seriously! I am also not a shoe girl. There I said it. I will wear flipflops 365 days of the year. I will wear flipflops when it is flurrying outside. If I didn't ever have to wear socks again (except in my tennis shoes), I wouldn't!
So my husband told me he wants to leave next Thursday night or Friday morning. Eek! I was kind of going for the weekend, but at least I should have a week with the family before my little brothers start back to school, and I start back to work. I hate using one of my vacations to travel! Did I mention that if I do get this store, my vacation time will be messed up! Rrr...Totally didn't think of that. I guess I will just have to use one of my "weeks" as a weekend trip instead. Sounds like Fall Break in Gatlinburg for me!
My husband shipped all of my books and our DVDs today. I packed up almost all of my clothes into one box (like I said I hate shopping), and he is going to ship those tomorrow. We still have a pile of laundry that needs to be done, and then I should have another box of clothes/towels/sheets to send. I cleaned out both closets today. All that is left in there are some of my clothes for work and a ton of hangers! I am really glad plastic hangers aren't crazy expensive because some very lucky person is probably going to get every single one of these for free. We are also giving away our blue cubes. :( Ok, so this really isn't sad, but they have served me well. They are so cool too because you can choose how you want them set up, but I do believe I will have a dresser in Nashville! I am sure someone will get that for free too.
Ok it is officially bedtime like 2 hours ago.
