Day 64.

It is day 64, and I just found out that I am going to be broke for another 1 or 2 weeks. I am just going to go ahead and be pessimistic this one time. It will be for 2. Sadly, I am not truly being pessimistic because my 2 week theory stems from the possibility that I will not have a roommate next month. This would be the reason for being broke for another week, and it is totally worth it! We had a couple extra bucks today thanks to the hubby requesting an advance on the old paycheck. We put money in my account, so I would have some cash when Jack goes out of town. We also went to eat at Norm's and ran to the grocery store. We now have a little bit of food in the cupboards. I plan on making some type of grocery run this weekend depending on the funding situation. Oh well, as I said before this is very good on my waistline! Jack leaves on Wednesday afternoon to go out of town for work. I will only have to worry about what I am eating for the days he is out of town. Excellent! I can make one thing and eat on it for days! I am guessing soup, since I can stretch that the farthest!

Stepped on the scale this morning, but it didn't go down. It went up. I don't mind though because I know it will go down again soon!

The waitress at Norm's told us that we were so happy tonight. I replied, "We are always like this." We really are pretty much. Jack can always make me laugh. We laughed and laughed at dinner. We were just talking about the things people have said to us, since we have moved to California. People have asked, "Do you have computers?" "Do you have gangs?" Jack told that person that Tennessee started all of the gangs with the KKK. The person was amazed. LOL. Jack then proceeded to inform them that yes we have gangs in Tennessee. Just goes to show how ignorant other people are of the rest of the country. I was asked when I was little if we wore shoes. Crazy, but it definitely makes for hilarious conversation!
