Day 47!

I did well today until dinner. AF is visiting, and I really just didn't care what I ate tonight. I had a taco salad for dinner, so I had some rice and some of the shell. I guess that isn't too bad. No exercise today. My knee still hurts. I think I may have to give in and purchase a knee brace before too long. I am totally exhausted right now, so I am off to bed. I just wanted to make sure that I blogged today. I have blogged every day of this year so far!
